Monday - Thursday: 10:00am - 6:00pm; By Appointment Only
Please note these special instructions:
All appointments are scheduled now. We cannot take walk-ins. If you do not have an appointment, please call to get one. We are operating at a lower capacity and without a receptionist.
Please call in advance of the day you want to come in as messages will only be returned outside of the adjusting sessions. Thank you for your patience.
Please enter the office a few to 5 minutes early to your appointment time. Only patients with appointments enter the office please. Non-patient companions please wait outside or in the car. Thank You for understanding.
If you are running up to 10 minutes late, please come into the office anyway, it is likely the doctor can see you for a short adjustment. If more than 10 minutes late, it is sometimes possible the doctor can see you, but you may be asked to come back at the end of the shift.
If you have these symptoms: coughing, sneezing, dripping, or fever, please cancel your appointment and stay home until they are gone for 72 hours at least.
If you have been exposed to someone with confirmed covid-19, or are waiting on results of a covid-19 test, please stay home until you get a negative result.
Please wear a mask when you arrive at the office and wear it the whole time you are here, unless special arrangements are made for you face down on the table, in which case you may remove your mask for table time only.
Please also make sure your hands are washed well or you have used copious amounts of hand sanitizer before you touch anything. There is a spray bottle of disinfectant in the reception room for you to spray things that can't use hand sanitizer like your chair.
Please take your temperature before you enter the adjusting room. A hand thermometer is available with instructions on the front desk. If your temperature is higher than 98.6 degrees and you are sure you are cooled off from the outside heat, please show it to Dr. Cindy so she can retake it. If it is still high and the doctor suspects you have a fever, you will be asked to leave and return when it is normal.
Please practice physical distancing 6 feet when possible, and social connectedness by being courteous and friendly.
